Can I return my purchase?

In the event your order is incorrect or items have arrived damaged, returns may be accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order. We will make arrangements immediately to replace incorrect/damaged items.

Our policy is a 14-day return policy. If your purchase is more than 14 days old than unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Even if your product is within the 14 day return period it may still not be eligible for return. Please see the process of returning an item, to see if your purchase qualifies.

What’s the process of returning an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The attached product tags put on the clothing or tote bags must be still on the garments. If these are removed, a refund will not be possible. First email admin@bellethehowtoguru.com with the subject line refund and your order number. If you add additional details like the problem with your order and the reason for returning within the email it will speed up the refunding process. It must be placed in the original packaging and sent back to me via your own expense. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

What to do after a refund is applicable?

Once your return is received and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. This cannot be changed. This payment can take up to 5 business days or more to go through depending on the processing time between banks and PayPal. You will receive an email with a receipt of refund for proof of refund.

What products can I return?

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards, one on one tutorial sessions, downloadable software products, digital products, Patreon and other types of memberships. Any item brought on Sale will not be applicable for a return.

Can I return the item if I changed my mind?

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a refund or exchanges for a change of mind purchase.

What about exchanges?

I pride myself on quality control but sometimes things slip through the cracks. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from out of the box. If you need to exchange an item, it will be for the same item that was originally purchased. Proof of purchase, also delivery proof and picture of product with the date is needed to qualify for the exchange policy. Email all these documents to admin@bellethehowtoguru.com with the subject line containing exchange and your order number.

Where do I ship my return too?

Please email me at admin@bellethehowtoguru.com before mailing your purchase back. I will then reply and walk you through the steps for returning your product.

My parcel never arrived?

We do not offer refunds if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the order is returned to the sender, we will again charge the customer the initial shipping costs.

If items are lost in transit a full refund will be considered after contacting the shipping company.

Wait I put the wrong address?

Belle the how to Guru asks that you ensure the address provided in the check out process and in the confirmation are correct. If the address is incorrect or the customer wishes to change the delivery address, Belle the how to Guru may offer an address change request for the order. All address changes must be submitted 24 hours after the order was submitted. You must email admin@bellethehowtoguru.com with the subject line Change of address and your order number. Within the email please add your new address. This will be confirmed prior to the shipping of the order, if this is not confirmed the order will be canceled. If the request is submitted after the order has been shipped, Belle the how to Guru takes no responsibility for any orders delivered to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
